DANBURY, Connecticut — Western Connecticut State University and its Campus Dining partner, Sodexo, will host Street Fest 2024, a community celebration, from noon to 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 13. The event will take place on the Science Building lawn on the university’s Midtown campus, 181 White St. in Danbury. It aims to provide an afternoon filled with food, entertainment and community connections.
The public is invited and admission is free; there will be a diverse array of food trucks, local restaurant offerings, and vendor stalls with items available for purchase. Booths staffed by WestConn student clubs and organizations will be on hand to provide information about the university and what it has to offer.
