WCSU to hold Veterans Day Ceremony to honor those who served

Faculty, staff, students and community members plant flags to honor veterans.

Field of flagsDANBURY, Connecticut — Western Connecticut State University will hold a Veterans Day Ceremony at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 11, 2022, in Ives Concert Hall in White Hall on WCSU’s Midtown campus, 181 White Street, Danbury. The evented is sponsored by the Student Veterans Organization (SVO) and is open to the public.

Hundreds of flags already grace the front lawn of Old Main to honor the those who bravely served our country.
