DANBURY, Connecticut — Western Connecticut State University once again received top rankings from Intelligent.com for its M.S. in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and M.F.A. in Creative and Professional Writing programs.
The university’s Applied Behavioral Analysis program was ranked No. 6 in the country for Best Online BCBA Master’s Degree Program and No. 13 for Most Affordable Online BCBA Degree Program for 2022. The graduate program was also awarded “Best Alumni Network” and “Best Master of Science Degree.” Intelligent.com assessed and compared 292 education programs in 60 universities and colleges to determine the rankings for best online program, and 414 education programs at 82 universities and colleges for most affordable program. The ABA program is part of WCSU’s Education and Education Psychology Department, School of Professional Studies, which just earned important accreditation from the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP).
WCSU’s M.F.A. in Creative and Professional Writing program was ranked No. 20 as the Best Online Master’s Degree in Creative Writing Programs for 2022 and No. 21 as the Best Master’s in Creative Writing Degree Programs by Intelligent.com. The ranking for best online program was based on the assessment of 409 education programs at 164 universities and colleges. The WCSU program was also awarded “Best for Working Writers” and “Most Flexible.” Intelligent.com compared 287 writing programs at 190 universities and colleges to determine the ranking for best master’s in creative writing.
