WCSU invites high school students interested in theatre to free ‘Super Sunday’ event

DANBURY, Connecticut — Western Connecticut State University’s Department of Theatre Arts invites all high school juniors and seniors who are interested in any aspect of theatre, including performance, theatre tech, design, costumes and management, to a free “Super Sunday” event from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 27, 2022. Participants will tour WCSU facilities including its state-of-the-art Visual and Performing Art Center, take workshops with esteemed faculty in specific areas of interest, meet current WCSU students, and see a matinee of the WCSU Mainstage Musical “Sweeney Todd.” Lunch is provided.
