DANBURY, Connecticut — Western Connecticut State University’s Office of Admissions will host an Open House on Sunday, Nov. 6, 2022, and special weekend visit days with campus tours for specific undergraduate programs beginning on Saturday, Oct. 15, through Nov. 19, 2022. Come see why you should join the pack and become one of the WCSU Wolves while you learn about Western Connecticut State University’s affordable undergraduate degree programs that lead to a lifetime of success. Open House, Fall Weekend Visit Days by school and Weekend Information Sessions are scheduled for:
- Open House on Sunday, Nov. 6. Anyone interested in attending WCSU can schedule a time slot beginning at 9 or 10 a.m. to meet with faculty and other representatives from academic programs, student groups and administration. Breakfast and tours of WCSU’s two campuses are provided.
- Ancell School of Business and Criminal Justice Visit Day is Saturday, Oct. 15, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Learn about majors including Cybersecurity, Criminal Justice, Accounting, Management, Finance and more from faculty and current students.
- Visual and Performing Arts Visit Day is Saturday, Oct. 22, beginning at 9:30 a.m. This program is for those interested in WCSU’s School of Visual and Performing Arts programs that include art, music and theatre arts. Participants will also be able to attend the Octoberfest Jazz event at 2 p.m. and see all that the WCSU Visual and Performing Arts Center has to offer.
- Nursing Visit Day is Saturday, Oct. 29. This Visit Day is for those interested in the Department of Nursing programs at WCSU. You will learn about the available majors from faculty members and tour the campus and labs.
- Weekend Information Sessions and tours of both campuses are on Saturday, Nov. 12 and Nov. 19, beginning either at 9:30 or 11:30 a.m.
Additionally, the Western Connecticut State University Office of Admissions on 181 White Street, Danbury, is open to visitors and provides weekday campus tour opportunities Monday through Friday at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Go to www.wcsu.edu/admissions/tours for more information, or call (203) 837-9000.
