
DANBURY, Connecticut — Western Connecticut State University and its Campus Dining partner, Sodexo, will host Street Fest and Clubs Carnival 2025, a vibrant community celebration, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025. The event will take place on the Science Building lawn on the university’s Midtown campus, 181 White St. in Danbury
This event, organized in collaboration with the Student Government Association, aims to bring students, faculty, and the greater Danbury community together for an afternoon filled with food, entertainment and engagement. Admission is free and open to the public.
Attendees can look forward to a diverse selection of food trucks, local restaurant vendors, student-run booths, and artisan stalls. WCSU student clubs and organizations also will be featured throughout the event, offering games, giveaways and information about campus life and upcoming initiatives.

By registering, vendors will have the opportunity to have their business name included on the official event t-shirts, which will be given out to everyone who attends.
The vendor registration deadline is Saturday, Aug. 17.
